Created for the Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Directorate (HPDP), Stay Safe from the Heat is an animated public information campaign encouraging audiences to protect themselves during Malta's summer months. The film presents practical advice through a series of friendly illustrated characters, environments and animated graphics, communicating key health messages in a clear and approachable way. Designed to appeal to a broad audience, the animation transforms important safety guidance into an engaging visual experience that is both informative and easy to understand.

Editing Approach
The project involved designing every visual element from scratch, including the illustrated characters, environments, icons and supporting graphics before bringing them to life through animation. The motion design focused on creating a warm, approachable visual language, using simple movement and clear visual hierarchy to communicate each message effectively. A bright colour palette, smooth transitions and playful animation helped reinforce the campaign's friendly tone while ensuring the information remained easy to follow. The result is an engaging public awareness ad that balances clarity, accessibility and visual personality.
