FHRD Energiser Event
Overview
Created for an FHRD Energiser team-building event, this project combined a choreographed instructional film with an energetic event highlights video. The instructional sequence guided participants through a series of movements performed in time with the music, while the accompanying highlights film documented the event itself, capturing the atmosphere, participation and collective energy of the experience. Together, the films were designed to transform a corporate team-building activity into an engaging, immersive event that encouraged collaboration through movement, rhythm and shared participation.

Editing Approach
The success of the project relied on precise timing. Every movement in the instructional film was carefully synchronised to the soundtrack, ensuring participants could follow the choreography naturally and confidently. The event highlights edit then combined footage of the live experience with moments from the instructional video, reinforcing the connection between preparation and participation. Dynamic pacing, rhythmic cutting and vibrant colour grading were used to reflect the energy of the event while maintaining clarity throughout. The result is a pair of films that balance technical precision with an upbeat, engaging visual style, capturing both the structure and the enjoyment of the experience.
